Unknown Water Damage

Detecting water damage can be a difficult task as often water damage losses don’t become evident right away.  In fact, most of them exist over a prolonged period before being identified and restored.  Fortunately, these homeowners were made aware of the water damage by a neighbor and were recommended to SERVPRO of Arleta/Hansen Hills. Our technicians were able to be onsite the same day and begin the remediation work. Knowing the preliminary signs of water damage was a huge help to them, signs of water damage can include but are not limited to sound, puddles, coolness, discoloration, smell, and/or mold.
