Washer Overflow Water Loss in Arleta, CA

Washer and dryer overflows are not uncommon in Arleta, Los Angeles, North Hollywood, or even in Hansen Hills for the SERVPRO world. While it is a nuisance, it's not something that we at SERVPRO of Arleta/Hansen Hills can not handle.  In the before picture it is hard to tell but the entire wall is wet and needed to be removed before microbial growth could begin to grow. The after picture shows the affected material that needed to be removed to stop any mold from appearing.  We wipe down all the wood and studs with a botanical disinfectant product.The Arleta homeowner was thrilled with her results in the laundry room.
